Budget Guarantee
We operate using a combination of fixed-price and cost-plus contracts, depending on the nature of the project. This allows us to remain accurate and flexible, especially in renovation work where the condition of the existing structure cannot always be fully known until work begins.
To reduce uncertainty, we use detailed planning and 3D rendering to clearly define the scope and materials before construction starts. This allows us to price with a much higher level of accuracy than standard square-metre estimating.
If variations arise during the project, they are communicated immediately and must be approved by the client before proceeding. We aim to cost all variations in a timely manner so you always remain in control of your budget.
If something unexpected is discovered within the existing structure, we notify you straight away and work through it together, always approaching it as us versus the problem, not the client versus the builder.
Timeline Guarantee
Renovations are different from new builds because the existing structure often reveals unknown conditions once work begins. For this reason, we do not provide fixed completion dates, as it would not be realistic or fair to the client.
Instead, we provide clear project timelines based on scope and keep you updated throughout the process. If delays occur due to weather, structural discoveries, or approved variations, we communicate this immediately so you can continue to plan your life with confidence.
Trust & Site Safety Guarantee
We only work with fully licensed trades who we have built long-term relationships with and can personally vouch for in terms of quality, reliability, and professionalism.
Every person who steps onto your property is expected to uphold our standards of respect, cleanliness, and professionalism. Your home is treated as a private space at all times.
We encourage open communication. If you ever feel uncomfortable or notice behaviour that does not align with our values, we expect you to raise it immediately so it can be addressed quickly and appropriately.
Quality & Communication Guarantee
All work is carried out to meet required building standards and compliance. Most renovation projects are covered under Home Building Compensation insurance, which provides protection for structural work for up to 6 years where applicable.
We communicate with you at a minimum on a weekly basis, and in most cases daily, depending on the stage of the project. You are never left guessing where things are up to.
We also actively encourage clients to raise any concerns as soon as they arise so we can resolve them early and ensure the final outcome meets expectations.
